Leady Benefits provides group heatlh insurance from one employee and up. Leady benefits is appointed with the following health insurance carriers: BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Humana, Cigna. After a census is provided, we start obtaining quotes and present all insurance quotes to the client and explain the differences and benefits for the various benefit and insurance plans. Once the client makes a decision on their preferred insurance carrier and plan we submit all of the official documents, including, but not limited to: employer application, employee applications, and ensure they are all completed entirely, binder checked, and any other necessary paperwork. Once completed and certified we mail all documents and information to the insurance carrier and follow up until the client has been approved.

All information is transparent and we keep in contact with the client to be sure that they are aware of any additional information and rate increases/decreases. Upon completion, the client has a group policy number, they are advised to contact Leady Benefits for any billing, claims, or enrollment issues. Each new employee of a client receives a one on one consultation with Leady Benefits in order to explain benefit packages and provide the correct waiver forms in the event of a declination to protect the employer. Group insurance coverage is guaranteed issued which means coverage that is issued to the insured regardless of what medical conditions they may have.
